As a young college student, Phil (Mo-Effin’) Kahn lead a reasonably normal life. That is, until one day when he was bitten by a radioactive critic. Since then, Phil has used his great power to serve the great responsibilty of painfully scrutinizing and remorselessly critcizing everything he encounters. Originally through the use of a site called I’m Just Saying, then subsequently branching out into such things as Comixpedia and Digital Strips, where he now does pretty much the same things he did before.
