No Mercy is in the books and Cesaro will never be the same! Also, why does Bray Wyatt continue to be a terribly executed character study? Will Nia win the big one soon? What happens when John Cena is the victim of his own ridiculousness? Did Enzo have the Best Week Ever (TM)? All this, plus KO and Sami fight forever and Mickie James shows that she ain’t just some old lady to be trifled with.
Shane made the first Women’s Money in the Bank match in history! Alexa Bliss and Bayley had one of the worst segments in Raw’s history! Orton will beat Mahal because of history! Is Aries poised to finally win because of history? And for the first time in the history of Extreme Rules, a historic Fatal 5-Way match will determine the number one contender for Brock Lesnar’s Universal Championship, which has gone missing for the first time in WWE’s history! It should be a memorable one, if not historic.
This past week in WWE (which was most definitely NOT the go-home for Fastlane) featured a return to the Kevin Owens of old, and that is a return we can get behind. The Big Show also returned for a great showing against Strowman in the Raw main, plus Naomi broke our hearts when she had to drop the title. So much emotion, and then Brock Lesnar stared into our souls and we’re afraid to leave the house. Vroom vroom Fastlane, hurry and get here! (Also, sorry about Jason’s sound quality. He has been punished.)
